Active/Inactive T/Party Contacts
Within the T/Party Master File users may now reduce the size of their active T/Party list by activating and deactivating contact files.
By deactivating contact files it eliminates the issue of having to delete files and or even selecting a duplicate/old file that isn't supposed to be used, minimizing T/Party invoices being sent to the wrong location.
Within the contacts file there is an Active tick box which when selected the file is active otherwise it is deactivated. Go Top
