  1. Edit LSPN from Batch Handler

    The LSPN can now be updated before sending/resubmitting the batch to Medicare via the 'Various' button within the Batch Details screen of the Batch Handler.

  2. Increase in size to 'Invoice As' field

    Within the Doctors setup in the Business Data/Doctor Data screen the 'Invoice As' text field has been increased to 40 characters to accomodate for longer trading names.

  3. 'CC' option in Job Control - eClaims Radiology/Pathology

    When creating patient reports in Job Control, it is now possible to 'CC' up to 4 additional Doctors , in order for them to receive the patient report as well.

  4. Additional Priority colours in Job Control - eClaims Radiology/Pathology

    3 additional priority colours have been added within the Job Control, colours include yellow, purple and green.

  5. Increase in size to 'Practice name' field

    The Business/Practice name showing at the bottom right corner of eClaims has now been increased to 40 characters, the practice name can be changed via the Maintenance/Business Data area.

  6. Remarks button changed to 'Extra Notes'

    The 'Remarks' button in the patients screen has been renamed to 'Extra Notes'. Also to make it easier to identify if notes are written within the 'Extra Notes' section, the button will change in colour to green, otherwise the button will remain a grey colour.

  7. Remote Access

    The remote connection feature within eClaims has been updated, you will now be prompted to enter an ID which will be provided by the technical support assistant you are speaking with.

  8. 'Scheduler Profile' report

    The ‘Scheduler Profile’ report will now show totals for the number of patients that have either cancelled or did not attend their appointments.

  9. 'Patient List' report

    You now have the ability to run the ‘Patient List’ report by file number, not just patient number or alphabetically.

  10. 'Daysheet'/'Accounting Summary' report

    The 'Daysheet' and 'Accounting Summary' report have been redesigned so that they do not automatically close once a report has been generated. This saves the user from re-entering report constraints from scratch, if running multiple reports.

  11. 'Referral Analysis' report

    When generating a 'Referral Analysis' report by 'Details' for a specific referring doctor, the total number of referrals has been added as well as the grand total of referrals.

  12. 'Best Practice' link in 'Old Scheduler'

    The 'Old Scheduler' now provides the ability to open the patients file in 'Best Practice' when double clicking on the patients name, previously it was only available in the 'New Scheduler'.

  13. Send SMS reminders to your patients

    The SMS feature within eClaims is now available.
    Contact ACSS to activate your SMS feature which will allow you to send SMS's to your patients from the Scheduler in bulk or from the Patients Record screen for individual SMS’s.

  14. SMS - Appointment date/time commands

    Within the 'New Scheduler', the patients appointment details, eg. the date and time can be setup within an SMS template to automatically show on the SMS.

  15. SMS - Active scheduler report

    Within the 'New Scheduler', the SMS screen now has a 'Print' button which generates a report showing whether an SMS has or has not been sent to the patients within the appointment list of the Doctor selected.

  16. SMS - Scheduler status type

    The 'Visit Status' column in the 'New Scheduler' now has a new status of 'M' to indicate an SMS message has been sent to this patient.

  17. 'Workers Comp Employer Arrears' report

    An ‘Employer Arrears’ report is now available from the W/Comp & T/Party section by clicking on the 'Emp Arrears' button.
    This report shows what outstanding claims an Employer has regardless if they are responsible for paying for the account.

  18. Export of 'W/Comp & T/Party' age analysis details

    This Excel extract shows the outstanding accounts for the selected Insurer/Solicitor or Employer categorised into current, 30, 60 days.
    From the W/Comp & T/Party summary screen simply click on the 'Print' button and select either 'Summary' or 'Details - Ageing' to produce the extract.

  19. 'Workers Comp Payment History' report

    This report shows all the payments for a particular Insurance Company, Solicitor or Employer for a given date range.
    This report can be accessed from the T/Party Master File, then by selecting the third party company and then by clicking on the 'Pymt His' button.
