  1. Non-VR doctor setting

    The VR doctor option in the Doctor Data screen has been modified to allow the option for 'Non-VR drs', this setting is used when a doctor is registered with after hours OPMs where the Doctor can charge VR rates after 8pm and until 7am.

  2. DVA Community Nursing

    A new online system has been developed by Medicare Australia on behalf of DVA to provide an improved electronic process for Community Nursing providers. This has been fully integrated into eClaims allowing DVA Community Nursing claims (including the minimum data set) to be submitted and processed electronically.
    The anticipated processing times for Online Claiming is approximately 1-3 days.

  3. Referral doctor screen - Provider Number

    When adding a referral doctor into eClaims, a checker has been placed to help avoid duplicate entries of referring doctors. A message will appear advising the user that the provider number being entered already exists.

  4. Referral doctor screen - Email

    The email field within the Referral Doctor screen has now been increased to allow up to 50 characters.

  5. Patient Screen - Deceased date

    You can now mark patients that have been deceased in the 'Patient Record' screen.
    When a deceased date is entered and the operator tries to bill the patient with a date of service that is after the deceased date, a message will appear notifying the user of this and whether to continue the billing.

  6. Job Control - eClaims Radiology/Pathology, Report Centre - eClaims Specialist

    When an ereports exam has been verified and the report has been picked up and sent by ePost, the exam status for the job of 'V' will become the colour blue to reflect that the exam has been sent.

  7. Recall System - Mail Out labels

    The Recall System's mail out (single label) option has been changed from the old Dot Matrix printer to support Dymo printers.
    This label can also be custom modified to suit your needs, contact ACSS to assist you with the changes.
