ECLIPSE - Fund Payee ID
Some funds (currently only HBA and MCL) are now requiring the Fund Payee ID of the doctor to be submitted with the ECLIPSE claims, if this is not provided the claim is rejected with the error '1001 - Fund Payee ID not recognised by fund.' Contact ACSS for assistance. Go Top

Community Nursing fees - 1st March 2010
The Community Nursing fees for the 1st of March has been implemented into eClaims, to check if your eClaims is updated for this, go to the main screen of eClaims and on the top right it will show 'MBS Fees 01/03/2010'. Go Top

Patient Labels - 20 page labels
You can now print labels on an A4 20 label sheet. To enable this, go into the Maintenance menu, System setup, Printer information and correct the label code type to be DL20. Go Top

MBS fees - 1st January 2010
The January 2010 fees has been implemented into eClaims. The 'MBS Fees' field on the top right of the main screen of your eClaims should say '01/01/2010' Contact ACSS if your eClaims has not been updated. Go Top

Medicare Dental Benefit
The Medicare dental benefit of $4250 is able to be added to the patients record in which when the patient is bulk billed this benefit will decrease accordingly for dental services. To enable this function, contact ACSS. Go Top

eClaims Radiology/Pathology - Job Control - Voucher Info
Within the 'Edit Job' screen in the Job Control, a 'Voucher Info' button has been added to allow the option to add voucher level notes to the bill and if required to select 'In Hospital' and choose the appropriate Hospital. Go Top

eClaims Radiology/Pathology - Job Control - Dictation
If a job/exam is open and the Doctor tries to re-dictate the job, a message will appear when the 'Dictation' button is clicked to notify the Doctor that the exam is currently in use. If the Doctor re-dictates a job the Exam Number will become red to show that the exam is in use. Go Top

Referral Listing report
The Referral Listing report now shows the fax number associated with the referring doctor. Go Top

The Scheduler Listing report has been changed to display the patients mobile number and DOB. Go Top

Referral Expired report
A referral report is now available which provides a list of all the referrals that are about to expire or that have epxired for each patient. Contact ACSS to have this report enabled. Go Top

SMS Reply
You are now able to receive a message back from the patient, the replied message will appear in the 'History' tab of the SMS screen. A 'Print' button has also been added to the 'History' section which lists patients that have been sent an sms and also any replies from those patients. Contact ACSS to enable this function. Go Top

SMS Recall System
SMS's can now be used within the Recall System. To do this, setup a recall as normal within the patients record and select the 'Contact Method' as SMS. Within the Recall System a new drop down box is available to select the 'Recall Type'. Go Top

Workers Compensation 'Payment' screen
The Workers Compensation payment screen has been re-vamped to be more user friendly and to also accept payments via Cheque, Cash, Credit Card and EFTPOS . Go Top
