Below are listed the latest update changes in this release:

  1. Interim Billing now available
  2. WA coding pre-fixes
  3. Print the Hospital Claim for a specific Invoice
  4. Record Leave Periods
  5. Un-Discharge episodes
  6. Access the 'Patient Record' screen from the 'Patient History' screen

  1. Interim Billing now available

    For facilities providing patient care for extended periods of time, you will now be able to provide interim bills instead of having to wait till the end of the episode to send a bill out.
    Interim billing can be accessed from the Patient Menu and then by clicking on Interim Billing.
    However you will need to flag the episode as 'Interim billing' from the appointment screen.
    Once the episode has been flagged as 'Interim Billing' the episode cannot be billed from the Booking screen.

  2. WA coding pre-fixes

    A few extra coding pre-fixes in the Diagnosis section have now been added according to WA standards.
    These coding pre-fixes are only relevant to facilities in WA.

  3. Print the Hospital Claim for a specific Invoice

    If an episode has multiple invoices, the hospital claim form would previously print the details of all the invoices.
    This has now been improved whereby if multiple invoices are detected, then you will need to select which invoice you want the Hospital Claim form for.

  4. Record Leave Periods

    You can now track patient's leave periods, recording date and time the patient left the facility and the date and time the patient returned from leave.
    To enter or view the patient's leave periods, go to the 'Patient History' screen and click on the 'Leave' button.

  5. Un-Discharge episodes

    If you ever accidently discharge the wrong patient, you will now be able to un-discharge the patient yourself.
    Simply go to the Patient History screen and click on the appropriate episode and click on the 'Un-Discharge' button.

  6. Access the 'Patient Record' screen from the 'Patient History' screen

    When viewing the Patient History screen, you will be able to access the Patient Record screen for extra information by clicking the 'Record' button.
