1. Dummy Appointment in the Booking Screen

   Use the "Dummy" appointment to block off a time slot or to indicate notes for the day.
   
   The "Dummy" appointment button can be found at the bottom of the Booking Screen.

2. National Length of Stay

   This feature was already enabled a few months ago, wherby you could see the National Length of Stay for any given DRG.
   
   However a few facilities noticed that the Visasys grouper doesn’t release the National Length of Stay statistics for the most recent grouper version. So SimDay now scans for the most current National Length of Stay version available and uses what it can find.

3. Patient Days in History Screen

   The History Screen will now count the number of days a patient has been in the facility and clearly shows that in the episodes grid.

4. Payment Screen - Auto Allocate Payment Amount

   When processing payments, as soon as you click inside the Allocated column, it will automatically fill itself in with the amount you are expecting.
   
   Simply type over the amount if you need to alter it.

5. Revenue Report - modification

   You will now be able to run the Revenue Report based on Theatres.

6. Incomplete Report - modification

   This report will now exclude patients flagged as "No Procedure Performed" when running it based on "Un-Coded".

7. Default Theatre Register and Operation Record templates now available

   When in the Booking Screen, default Theatre Register and Operation Record templates have been included. So when running these print outs if you don’t already have a default template setup, you can now use the defaults.

8. Monthly Patient Activity Report - modification

   Within the Monthly Patient Activity Report, the column indicating "Occupancy" now only takes into consideration Inpatients. This is because the Occupancy Rate (%) can only be accurately judged based on the number of beds.
